Before you start

Where do I get the apps?

GHIM, Neuron, Per Push, Focus and TopLeft are on the App Store, and Qiv is coming soon. See them all on the App Store.

Do I need to make an account?

No. Every Pixello app starts the moment you open it, with nothing to sign up for. Purchases go through your Apple Account.

Where is my data kept?

On your devices. GHIM syncs between your devices through your own iCloud, as Qiv will. Neuron keeps your decks on your iPhone.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Sign in with the Apple Account you bought with, then tap Restore on the app’s upgrade screen.

How do I cancel a subscription?

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose the app. You can also manage subscriptions in the App Store app.

How do I get a refund?

Apple bills every purchase, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Which devices does GHIM run on?

iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Apple TV and Apple Vision Pro.

Is GHIM free?

GHIM starts with a 3-day free trial, then a subscription, on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Vision Pro. The Apple Watch and Apple TV apps don’t ask for one.

Does my plan follow me between devices?

Yes. Your plan and your sessions sync through iCloud.

How many exercises are there?

Over 1,300, and you can filter them by muscle, equipment and difficulty.

Qiv

When is Qiv coming out?

Qiv is coming soon to iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. It will be on this site the day it’s on the App Store.

Will I need a Qiv account?

No. Your price book, quotes and invoices stay on your devices and sync through your own iCloud.

Does Qiv take card payments?

No. Qiv keeps track of what’s quoted, owed and paid; you collect payment the way you already do.

Neuron

How does Neuron make flashcards?

Paste your notes, upload a PDF or text file, or photograph a page, and Neuron turns it into question-and-answer cards you can edit. A list written as Question | Answer lines works too.

What’s the difference between Learn it and Test it?

Learn it walks the whole set: flip each card, swipe up when you know it and down to see it again. Test it puts a timer on every card and deals the set again until every card is green.

Is Neuron free?

Neuron starts with a 3-day free trial, then a subscription.

Where are my decks kept?

On your iPhone.

Per Push

Does Per Push record or upload my camera?

No. Your reps are counted on your iPhone with Apple’s Vision framework. Frames are processed live and never stored or uploaded.

Why does Per Push need Screen Time access?

To lock the apps you choose when your budget runs out. Apple’s own picker and shield do the choosing and the locking.

How much time does a rep earn?

The first five reps are a warm-up. After that each rep earns 2 minutes by default, or choose Generous (3 minutes) or Intense (1 minute).

Is Per Push free?

Focus

Can I change the timer lengths?

Yes. Set your own focus, short break and long break lengths.

Does Focus work with Siri?

Yes. Start, pause or skip with Siri, and every command works in Shortcuts too.

Which devices does Focus run on?

iPhone and iPad.

TopLeft

What’s free in TopLeft?

Today and My Life are free. Any purchase unlocks the rest: the other horizons, your projects, and the menu bar button on the Mac.

Is there a Mac app?

Yes. TopLeft runs on iPhone and Mac, with your corners in the Mac’s menu bar.

How do I move a task?

Send it to another day, week or corner from the task’s menu.
